Human Design is a system I use to help clients understand their natural emotional rhythms, decision-making style, and energetic patterns. Rather than telling you who to be, it offers language for how you already function—especially under stress, pressure, or transition.

In sessions, I use Human Design as a reflective tool to help you recognize why certain environments, timelines, or expectations create overwhelm, and why others bring clarity and steadiness. This can be particularly supportive for clients who feel “too sensitive,” chronically pressured, or out of sync with traditional productivity or relational norms.

Human Design in my work is practical and grounding. It supports self-trust, reduces self-judgment, and helps clients align their choices with how they’re actually wired, not how they think they should be.
